We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns if you are not happy after receiving your merchandise.

- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns must have a KidsTshirtStore return authorization number (RAN) written at the top of the original packing slip.
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for credits to be processed.
- Request a RAN by telephone at 503-606-0364 or through email.
- KidsTshirtStore.com strongly suggests that returns are mailed with insurance as we are not responsible for merchandise that does not arrive at our office.
- Cancellations Order cancellations can only be made prior to shipment. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
